Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place your unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Eastpak tags and labels are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
