What does the Eastpak limited warranty cover?
Most of our standard products are covered by a 30-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
How should I clean my Eastpak backpack?
We recommend cleaning your bag with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry your Eastpak, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are Eastpak products water-resistant?
Most of our bags are made from water-resistant fabrics that protect your belongings from light rain. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
